Check-in & Check-out

A: Check-out is by 12:00 (noon). You may check out from 08:00 with prior notice so we can inspect the room.

A: A valid ID card or passport, and a cash damage deposit that is refunded at check-out if no damage is found.

A: For nightly stays, a cash deposit of 500–3,000 THB by room type. For monthly stays, one month’s rent in advance.

Rooms & Facilities

A: One-bedroom suites and larger include a kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and basic cookware. Villas have a fully equipped kitchen; a BBQ grill can be arranged on request.

A: Yes — free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

A: Towels, shampoo, shower gel and shower caps. Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

A: No. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, villas or around the pool — only in designated smoking areas.

A: No spa or fitness centre on site. We’re happy to recommend trusted options nearby.

A: Yes — free bicycles for all guests.

Occupancy & Extra Beds

A: It depends on the room or villa type. Extra guests are allowed within the unit’s quota.

A: Rooms: 500 THB per person per night. Villas: 800 THB per person per night. One extra bed per unit.

A: Children 0–12 stay free sharing existing bedding (one child). A second child, or an extra bed, is charged.

Pets

A: Yes — small dogs and cats up to 10 kg, in our Blu Suite (Pet-Friendly) rooms. Please declare your pet when booking.

A: One pet is included; up to two pets per room. The second pet is [ 400 THB per night ].

A: No — pets are welcome around the pool deck and gardens but not in the water.

Dining

A: Rates are available with or without breakfast. Without breakfast, you can buy coupons separately.

A: Huan Lum is open daily 08:30–17:00 (last order 16:30) and closed on Wednesdays.

A: Yes — room service is available, and food delivery to the villas is allowed.

Pool, Noise & Shuttle

A: A free-form main pool (70–150 cm) and a children’s pool (50 cm), both chlorine-treated. Villas have private pools.

A: Reasonable sound is allowed until 22:00; large speakers and sound systems are not permitted.

A: Yes — a free one-way shuttle twice daily, at 11:00 and 14:00.

Payment & Booking

A: The damage deposit is paid in cash. Other charges can be paid by bank transfer, cash, credit card, or payment link.

A: It depends on where you booked. Bookings via other websites or apps follow that platform’s terms — check your confirmation.

Daily vs Monthly Stays

A: Daily stays include daily housekeeping and full service. Monthly stays include housekeeping four times a month, with electricity (7 THB/unit) and water (200–500 THB/month) billed separately.
