Most hotels say they’re “pet-friendly” and then quietly refuse anything over 15 kg. We don’t.

Bring your Chihuahua. Bring your Golden Retriever. Bring your Siberian Husky and your Siamese cat in the same trip. We welcome pets of every breed, every weight, every size — provided they’re well-behaved and not venomous (yes, we had to add that line).

We’ve built BLU Marine around pet families with private gardens behind every pool villa, dedicated pet floors in our suite buildings, designated relief zones across the property, and a team that genuinely likes animals.

Pet fee

400 THB per pet, per night — added on at check-in. There is no additional cleaning fee unless damage occurs.


Full Pet Policy

To make sure your stay (and every other guest’s stay) is as relaxing as possible, please read and follow these guidelines:

  1. Advance booking required. All pet guests must be declared at the time of booking so we can allocate you to a pet-friendly room. We welcome pets without any breed, weight, or size restriction. For the safety of staff and other guests, we reserve the right to decline pets that are not well-behaved, or pets that are venomous.
  2. Pet-friendly rooms only. Pets are accommodated in our designated pet-friendly rooms on specific floors. You must supervise your pet at all times when in these areas.
  3. Use designated relief areas. Our garden is a shared space for all guests. If your pet needs to relieve itself, please use the designated pet relief areas only, and clean up after them every time.
  4. No relief in public areas. Pets are not permitted to relieve themselves in the gardens, around the pool, or in any common public area. Failure to comply will result in an immediate 500 THB cleaning fee.
  5. Owner is responsible for damage. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Charges will be billed at actual cost.
  6. Keep distance, manage barking. Please keep a safe distance between pets and manage excessive barking or loud noise. We reserve the right to ask owners to remove a pet from the premises if its behaviour disturbs other guests.
  7. Leashed or carried in common areas. Pets must be on an appropriately short leash, in a carrier, or in a pet stroller whenever they are in common areas.
  8. Bring your pet’s own essentials. Please bring your own food and water bowls, treats, and any favourite toys or bedding — familiar items reduce stress and make your pet feel at home.
  9. No liability for pet illness or accidents. The hotel does not take responsibility for illness or accidents involving your pet during the stay.
  10. Pet fee: 400 THB per pet, per night, collected at check-in.
  11. No pets in the swimming pool. Pets are welcome around the pool deck but not in the water. A 5,000 THB pool cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.

By staying with us with your pet, you agree to be liable for any damage caused, and the hotel reserves the right to charge accordingly.


What to bring for your pet — checklist

A: Up to two pets per room is standard. For larger families of pets, please contact us in advance so we can recommend the right villa.

A: No, pets are not permitted in the swimming pool for hygiene reasons. They are welcome around the pool deck and throughout the gardens.

A: Our gardens have walking paths designed for daily exercise. The streets immediately around BLU Marine are quiet residential lanes that are also suitable for walks. We share a full map of recommended walks at check-in.

A: Yes. Several veterinary clinics are within a 5–10 minute drive, with 24-hour emergency services available. Our front desk will provide a list of recommended clinics at check-in.

A: We ask that pets are not left unattended in the room for long periods. If you need to be away for a few hours, our housekeeping team can be informed in advance so they coordinate accordingly.

A: Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome on the Huan Lum garden terrace. We do not permit pets inside the indoor dining area.
